Cardo Dalisay is Glodelania's National Hero

There are 9 Inazuma Eleven Heroes in Glodelania which are represented by the 9 rays on Glodelania's flag and emblem. Those are Mamoru Endou, Shuuya Gouenji, Yuuto Kidou, Tenma Matsukaze, Takuto Shindou, Kyousuke Tsurugi, Asuto Inamori, Yuuma Nosaka and Ryouhei Haizaki but there is only one spot for the National Hero seat and choosing one of the 9 Inazuma Eleven Heroes could be controversial even Mamoru Endou is the leader of the 9 heroes, it'll not be fair for the rest of Glodelania to choose one of the 9 heroes. To fix this solution, the chosen National Hero is not one of the 9 Inazuma Eleven Heroes. The chosen one is Ricardo Dalisay also known as Cardo Dalisay was chosen to become Glodelania's National Hero.

Cardo Dalisay is an immortal policeman who's goal is to take down corruption in the Philippines. He took down countless drug syndicates and even took down terrorists such as Homer Adlawan who've killed his son, Ricardo Dalisay Jr. Right now, he is finding a way to takedown 2 presidential aspirants named Renato Hipolito and Lily Anne Hidalgo. He also planned to takedown a rough police group called Black Ops lead by a corrupt policeman Maj. Albert De Vela. Hipolito and Lily are 2 rivally maniacs who's goal is to build the biggest drug cartel.

It is known recently he took down a crazy businessman who blames him for the death of her wife, Alyana Dalisay. His name is Lito Valmoria. Is stated in a news that Cardo Dalisay was rescued by a rebel group called ᜃᜒᜎᜓᜐᜅ᜔ ᜉᜄ᜔ᜊᜊᜄᜓ ᜉᜇ ᜐ ᜊᜌᜈ᜔ (Kilusang Pagbabago Para Sa Bayan). These rebels were disguising as farmers lead by Ramona.
